I created the Arizona Military Museum over 40 years ago under the NGR 870-20 at the time. The regs have changed but complying with the regs at the time should protect what has been established and time-tested. The non-profit historical spent thousands of dollars in refurbishing the museum pursuant to a memorandum of undestanding between the historical society and the Guard.
